• TSD has a Staff Code of Conduct that staff must agree to and abide by
• Staff have been trained on the Core Humanitarian Standard
• We have regular processes such as community meetings and training for community-based organisations – to encourage community members to participate, take ownership, and feel free to share their ideas, aspirations, and feedback with TSD
• We include mechanisms for sustainability in projects, such as revolving funds or contracts confirming community contributions.
• We have complaints mechanisms in place, and ask community members to hold us accountable and help us improve by letting us know when things go wrong
• We love to learn and improve and are committed to continuously strengthening our monitoring and evaluation systems
• We have partnership agreements to fortify collaboration through clear joint commitments
