There are many ways to get involved in TSD’s work, and we welcome your participation, large or small, from near or far. From donating, to partnering, giving your time, or participating in learning or work opportunities with us, we hope that your involvement can be a blessing for you too. As we often say at the TSD model farm, “helping hands are happy hands!”

Become an Ambassador for Sustainable Education
Are you a young person from Southern Chin State between 15 and 20, and trying to complete your secondary or post-secondary studies? Are you passionate about education?
Join our team
Do you have a passion to serve remote communities and see them transformed through education and capacity-building?

- Internships – if you’re a recent graduate or someone looking for experience in rural development, come learn from us while making a difference.
- Volunteering – if you have expertise that is relevant to our work, we welcome both local and international volunteers. Come share your skills!
Join capacity building activities
We provide opportunities for leaders of community-based organisations to gain basic organisational management skills. We are also happy to provide technical support on water, land, forest and forest species management as well as sustainable farming design to communities beyond our main project areas.
We encourage interested CBOs or communities to contact us.
Stay at the Continuing Education Centre
We welcome visitors to stay at our model farm and livelihoods training centre in Sabangpi, Chin State to learn from our work. But be ready to get your hands dirty: all visitors are expected to help out on the farm!
