We emphasis a rights-based approached to raising the status of the marginalised in all aspects of our work. As we work to improve the situation in rural communities, no one should be left behind because of gender, ability, age, marital status, education level or other factors.
We strongly focus on community ownership for self-development and self-reliance. TSD listens to the voices of community members and identifies and empowers the those who can guide and facilitate the community on its journey to greater inclusion and resilience.
