Feedback and Complaints

Please tell us if we make a mistake! No one is perfect, and TSD welcomes complaints as a chance to help us to learn and improve. We are also happy to receive positive feedback or suggestions.

Community members are requested to use one of the following channels available in their communities to provide TSD with feedback or complaints:
• Use the complaint boxes in TSD’s project communities
• Call or SMS to 979 145 8706 to reach TSD’s complaints focal point, our Deputy Director
• Share your complaint to the VDC chairperson or village SHG president and he/she will pass it on to TSD
• Talk to any TSD staff when they are in your community or speak up during community meetings facilitated by TSD staff.
